Same thing here, but i don't have the 299$ to buy a slim so im sending it to Gophermods.com and getting the 6 month warranty and its 100$ so that would be a good alternative.
About two weeks ago my 40gb Playstation3 got the YLOD. My warranty is long gone since i've had it for more then two years and i've read around and found out the repairs with sony will cost around 180$. Then, I heard about GopherMods which will repair it for around 70$ and have a decent warranty and have good reviews. But my dilemma is should i bother getting it fixed or just wait a little longer and purchase a brand new one? I just dont want the problem to keep coming back and me having to pay for it again. opinions??
Well, i deeply apologize for not replying earlier. I have a little brothers to tend to and i have to actually take a shower and EAT -_-, so you know its kind of difficult to stay on the computer and wait. It does in deed say "You did not earn a trophy" when it usually displays the information of the trophy at the top right corner when you complete the task.
And for those who say i'm trolling...seriously? I really think there's something wrong with you
Recently my system had a complete reboot which erased most of my settings and screwed up a lot of things. Since then I have not been able to earn any trophies. When i do complete the task it says "You did not earn a trophy". Anyone know what's wrong? Btw the game is MK vs. DC and no cheats are being used.
Yah Im gonna sell A whole lotta old gc,xb, and ps2 games, so I was wondering where is the best place to trade them in. Maybe a place that offer some good deals.
