@anonymouszomby First of all, can you explain to me why it sucked? Second of all, you're completely ignoring the second part of my comment which was the most important.
@anonymouszomby They gave Gone Home a higher score than GTA V because it was better for what it was, do you expect them to compare games? All reviews are at some degree based on personal opinions, but as long as you agree with them it doesn't matter, right? If the reviewer was a GTA fanboy and was like "omg this is the best game ever gta fan for life!!" nobody would care. You want an objective review? Then make a program that analyses a video game and generates a score based on a standard scale.
Sometimes i'm afraid to speak my mind in GS, i feel like people are more hostile now and sometimes i even feel like i'm not welcomed. It's sad to say that. GameSpot is my favorite gaming site and the community is awesome, but when it's bad it's awful.
@ddoggbritt16 If they want to help players earn more in game money they can add easier missions or even weekly events/missions specifically to help them in that area. But i guess that's not profitable.
@ddoggbritt16 We don't know what these microtransactions are since it hasn't been confirmed yet. Why even bother play the game if you're not going to put time and effort in it? What if players have the option to skip missions they can't finish for a small fee? Sadly this is how see the future of online games...
Microtransactions can burn in hell, they're an embarrassment to the gaming community. If this is true i will not support this stupid idea and i will not buy the game.
