It's funny really.

There's all this outrage by gamers, since games clearly aren't the problem. My XBox 360 library is 80-games strong, most of them violent, yet I know hurting people is wrong. That's proof, right?

So let's ban guns instead. Ignore the fact that the same logic applies - there are people with dozens of guns who know hurting people is wrong.

Or maybe we can ban something else? We need to ban SOMETHING guys!

Instead of looking at the root cause of the problem, the ills of society like poverty and an overall lack of personal responsibility, we'll just pick an inanimate "evil" to ban.
