I am sure all those great artist of the Renaissance painted and carved stone as they saw fit and not according to strict instructions. (sarcasm)Stop calling everything art and stop making "art" holly. If artists want to create as they see fit, they can go ahead and do it. However if they want to earn a lot of money then they will listen to what the customer has to say. Mass Effect 3 brings nothing new into the world of gaming. It has nothing revolutionary about it. So where is the great art you all speak of? If anything it is a mediocre portrait painted in 3 colours which magically turn to grey.
@evaneself yes your poo is art if you find enough people to consider it so. I think The Witcher 2 is poo, and Dragon Age 2 is an even bigger poo. Yet people like them. What should i do? Petition the developers to make a better game? And to go back to art... art is something subjective. I liked ME3 more than the games i mentioned before. I played all 3 games one after the other. And i think that the story was great. I did not let the ending ruin that experience for me ... although i can't say i really hated how everything ended... and i do think explanations will follow. @smithboy1177 i agree with you. the ending was special
P.S. I played all 3 games with same character. With all DLC installed. I actually played them in a roe... in the month before ME3... so do not dare telling me i don't understand what ME is. Thank you.
@djforlife84 i totally agree with you. Some opinions are so puerile. I actually loved the ending. Seeing Joker and EDI made Shepard's sacrifice (if he really did die) worthy. I hate the ending because it doesn't give me more details. What happened next. What happened to Shepard and the others... But there are ways to explain all these later... just keep the hope burning. These Stop Koni, Stop Acta kids now want to change a game ending!? What next... petition Tolkien to bring Boromir back to life?
Sir, please allow me to express my disgust regarding the discrepancy between the title and the content of the article. You, sir, imply that "we" hate ME3 because we are homophobes. As far as I am concerned players can go and hop the Rachni Queen, that has nothing to do with the overall gaming experience. Most of us have no problem with homosexuality in ME3 or DA2 the thing that annoys us the fact that we see our universe being slowly consumed by pop culture. I fear the day when soundtracks will be composed by bieber and rebeca black and the female character will be played by snoki, the males look like jersey shore and the plot will have the depth of a porno.
