What makes Xbox LIVE so good: Xbox LIVE is an online multiplayer gaming and digital media delivery service created and operated by Microsoft. It is currently the only online gaming service (on consoles) that charges users a fee to play multiplayer gaming. It was first made available to the Xbox system in 2002. An updated version of the service became available for the Xbox 360 console at that system's launch in 2005. On the Windows platform, the service is named "Games for Windows - Live", which makes most aspects of the system available on Windows computers. Microsoft has announced plans to extend Live to other platforms such as handhelds and mobile phones as part of the Live Anywhere initiative. What makes PSN so good: PSN is a free online multiplayer gaming and digital media delivery service provided by Sony Computer Entertainment for use with the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable video game consoles, as well as PlayStation.com.

Hey, What about project natal? that makes the 360 way better than the PS3. Also, Just to people who say that the PS3's better cause it runs Linux, so what? There's a certain free60 project that's came out...

Maybe try this? Disable the PS3 Internet connection, turn the PS3 off, unplug the router followed by the modem, wait 30 seconds, and repeat in reverse order.
