I feel bad for JJ. He made what I thought was a decent beginning to a trilogy. It was safe but had potential. Then Mr. Johnson comes along in all of his arrogant and egotistical glory, gathers it all up, and throws it in the trash. In my opinion, the last jedi is one of the most embarrassing sequels I have witnessed. JJ has such a hole to dig out of. I think that hole is too deep to be completely free from but I will definitely give credit if an honest effort is put forward.

Topical? Is this going to be yet another word you dimwits will spout out until it has no meaning?

If you developed a game about gang violence in Chicago, I'd call that topical. If you made a game about a college student attending a 'cuddle room' to fondle play-doh and spoon with another worthless human being, I'd call that topical. If you developed a game where a game developer sat on a high horse and pleasured himself to the sound of his own voice, I'd call that topical.

Honestly, haven't you guys figured out that your rhetoric is only digestible to those that are the most gullible among you? Those that are already in your bubble, which constantly repels any sort of reality or logic. The rest of us here in reality are left to wonder: are you just stupid or are you a liar?

@Veltoro: I don't agree with the person you responded to either. But your comment is probably the saddest thing I've read in awhile. And I work for an online suicide prevention chat service.

WOW! The Fable series is just thrown away while the Two Worlds games just get to keep on truckin' along. Never could've seen that coming.

I have never really been a fan of puzzle games. If I described what type of games I'd much rather play, I would come off as sounding like one of 'them filthy cod playing casuals'.

That being said, I felt a strong sense of relief and excitement to see that Jonathan Blow has created yet another puzzle masterpiece for fans of the genre to enjoy. It may have not been for me, but I understand how important and influential Braid was for gaming as a whole. The Witness seems like it will be regarded just as highly. Good on him! I may just have to give this a shot.

@McStrongfast: Wow. Thank you so much for replying to my post with something you copied out of a high school textbook. Not.

I was not implying that diversity in videogames is a bad thing. In fact, I think it is a wonderful thing. I just get annoyed with any imbalance in anything and everything gets labeled with a negative connotation right off the bat.

Men, women, other cultures generally have different interests and generally pursue different things. Do those interests sometimes intersect? Yes, yes they do. Am I stupid enough to believe that they will intersect to the point that the percentages will be perfectly split into equal parts across the board? No, no I am not. It does seem that others are that stupid, however.

I don't actually believe anyone is that stupid. I do believe that people have huge egos that need to be stroked. So what do they do? They exploit these percentages to fit their agenda. Whether it be sexism, racism, homophobia, etc. They scream and cry about a problem that really doesn't exist to the extent they would have you believe it does. Then they can pat themselves on the back for a job well done even though they created more problems in the process and really didn't accomplish much of anything.

Am I saying that issues such as sexism don't exist? No. But the progress we have made up to this point in 2016 has practically made these issues a thing of the past in society in general. Now all that's left for these egotistical anachronisms to do is to point out the small pockets of these issues that are left and convince everyone that it's still running rampant in society in order to justify their existence.

That does not sound like progress to me. That is what's getting us nowhere. Telling women, or anyone for that matter, what to be interested in and how to think just to meet a percentage quota is the total opposite of progress to me.

I think we, as a society, have done a good job of saying: 'The doors are open to anyone and everyone that have the skills and qualifications to do the job better than their competition no matter their race, sex, or sexual orientation'.

P.S. Also, how can you say that the video game industry is becoming "repetitive and tiresome"? Have you looked at the hundreds of unique and diverse games that have been made?

Hello, humans. I am an alien visiting your planet. In my short time here I have learned what you must do to make earth a better place:

The gaming industry would be a utopia if it was made up of exactly 50% men and 50% women. But, having it be predominately women also would make it all right?

Videogame developers will cease to be bigoted as soon as all games include a woman protagonist that is smart but not too smart, good looking but not too good looking, skinny but not too skinny, etc. There must also be 1(or more) homosexual that is portrayed with 100% political correctness, also 1(or more) transgender portrayed with 100% political correctness. There must also be a strong African American presence included (the inclusion of other races is completely optional?).

Violence, racism, sexism, homophobia, etc. will not be tolerated in a video game. Put them in a movie or a rap song instead. It's way more acceptable?

Only videogame content influences young minds to commit horrible acts of violence. Thus, they should be banned EVERYWHERE not just in Australia.

Racism will finally be solved as soon as Will Smith receives any type of an award for his acting role in Concussion.

Well, humans, I hope this helps. To be honest, this list is very confusing to me but they must be done in order restore peace to your planet according to your human news outlets such as gamespot.

Well, I must be off and return home. I somehow feel dumber each day I spend here.

Always wanted to play this back in the day but could never find it at a price I was willing to pay for it.

Question: Would it still hold up and be worth playing today? If so, I will gladly drop the cash to play it on my PS4.

Even after beating the main game and the HoS expansion, taking more than 125 hours, I am still greatly anticipating jumping right back in and playing even more content. This game is so good!

I remember reading a comment awhile back on an article relating to The Division. The comment read something like this: 'So, this is basically Ubisoft's Destiny?'.

I don't remember who posted it. I do remember, however, the large amounts of matter of fact and irate replies this comment received. "Of course not idiot!" 'Maybe if you actually knew anything about the game blah blah blah!'

To you, my good man and/or woman, and any others that shared that same sentiment, I say: I hope you have found peace and validation in this article, and may all those ubisoft d-chuggers feel their shame and guilt burn inside them like a tire fire for years to come.
