@ban_furYes I know, I have actually downloaded and played it on my computer, I don't see anything wrong with that as I bought both a GC and SSBM original in the past. However, that's not my point, I really just wish they would make it officially playable so I can actually support them better and play it with less hassle.

If you want backwards compatibility you'd better buy a PC. It's just bizarre to think that everyone should own every single console from every generation to be able to play the games they want. Why not just stick to one that works? I would totally buy Super Smash Bros Melee for the PC if it were available and if they just sold the same old GC controllers for the PC with USB input.
Not really, you can use pots but you have be careful so you don't get hit while using it, plus you only have a maximum of 5, 10, 15 or 20 pots since the nearest bonfire depending on how much you have kindled there.
