Just because you don't understand what happened in the second half of 2001 dosen't make it a bad film. In fact the more you watch 2001 the more you appreciate it.
MLG has never gone with what game takes the most skill to be good at, it's allways gone with the most popular titles. That's why you see Call of Duty, Battlefield 3, Halo and many other console games, which all have auto aim, and arguably don't take anywhere near as skill as Counterstrike, Blazblue, Quake, ARMA 2, Starcraft and etc... etc... The demise of Halo from MLG was inevitable, it has been slowly dieing in popularity after the bitter reception of Reach by the community, and the way Halo 4 is shaping up many fans are being turned off with the return of things such as armor abilitys & new things such as instant spawns which have made the community think that 343 possibly isn't up to handling Halo 4.
