Well, the video had a great start but I'm afraid I'm going to have to make an argument to counter this entire video and its underlying message-which I find more disagreeable than the odd camera angle showing off Danny's hairy legs. Why can't gamers criticize a game with an obviously bloated budget and skimpy content with the depth of a puddle without gaming journalism blaming the GAMER? Yes, I realize you never actually used those words but I know how to read between the lines.
The message was extremely subtle but it was there. It's never the game's fault or the developer's fault. It ALWAYS has something to do with the gamer, (ie we're just getting too old, we're too spoiled, too nostalgic, etc). It's not really just this video that I am so upset about it. It's more like....a trend that I keep seeing and this video is just another peg in that pattern. A small, very subtle but definitely existent pattern.
Here's hoping it's better than Xillia 1. Didn't bother with Xillia 2. Couldn't stand any of the characters. Also, I still hate you Namco for not bringing over PS3 Vesperia.
