The economic shell games in the U.S. continue. The whole government is bankrupt and continues to try to borrow its way out and it supprises us when corporate whores do the same?! Shame on us. We all need to stop living on credit. Or have our MTV attention spans already forgot the bailouts that only benefited said whores. The people still lost their homes.
All other points aside, if the megacorps really wanted to stop the retail used market they would simply buy up these publicly traded companies and close them down. Let us not forget Sony & Mr.Gates are hypocrites, after all, who sells Gamestop and EB, et cetera the NEW copies. Really all publishers have to do is say " Pay me royalties on used games or I don't provide new ones."
Pure greed. Half of my 50+ xbox games are new.I patiently waited for most of them to drop to $20cdn or "ultimate" editions for $30. A few of the used ones I'm glad I only wasted $10 on, after all, five hours later I'm sitting there saying to myself "that's it?". Mostly I have a problem with overpriced dlc. $50 for an effing game I don't get a physical copy of?!? And I can buy at the hated Walmart for twenty .$15 for some extra levels and a few guns ?!? They charge that because fanboys keep paying, so rant away people because kids with more money than brains drive the industry on, not our bitter little chatter here.
A lot of valid points here. I agree with the normal controller for most games. The Wii was never intended for the "hardcore". I own 1 just for my nine yr old boy. That means I've played several (ok, all) Lego games on my 360 and a couple on the Wii. The Wii-mote was better for force activating objects than the 360s hit or miss turn your character type. Other games I have no interest in on the Wii. Inventory, map, that kind of thing on a 2nd screen might be nice, but I fear more shitty "got to use the Umote" as happens with the DS.
Amazing how few people seem to have read any novels or accurately recall the original 3. The Republic Commando series is a very good read, especially if you like Mandalorians. Tales from the Most Eisley Cantina if not bad, for those who don't mind reading.
As for how others think of Jedi, we'll at best the general (Re)public view them as cops.Again, read something besides a comic.
