I bet it's just Amazon found out that they'll have enough units to cover all the launch editions and bundles as well as a certain amount of standard systems, and since standard systems aren't guaranteed on launch-day, they chose to simply shift whatever covered standard orders into more available bundles to move more product. Still impressive that Sony can provide them enough units if this is exactly how it works out (just my conjecture).

@barleybosh Hasn't been a game I've played where I haven't yet. Almost didn't in Wind Waker, but then I kept throwing that giant pig until it went into a rage and murdered me. So.... yeah!

@PicklePuffer @CheckeredPecker Pfft. Pretty lame resorting to name-calling cause you can't argue against the fact that you're obviously wrong (which is why I responded to you. Also, this is a place for discussion, so I responded to your comment. Don't know why you can't understand that either, "grandpa"). Just go to Youtube right now and look at what ppl are posting. Of course you can do what you said you can't (your lame list of untrue examples). PLUS there are stories ALL THROUGHOUT US HISTORY RIFE with examples of cops unable to make arrests without an "actual crime", EVEN THOUGH there had been a threat.

Pretty basic stuff I was explaining. But you seem to be pretty clearly a sheep who will trade freedom for "security", so I expect all of this to go over your head too and for you to resort to more childish name-calling and whatever other lame antics to attempt to put me on the defensive. Whatever is within reach eh? No, you didn't write the law but at least try to have a BASIC understanding of laws, our Constitutional rights, and what the true definition of ignorant is (hint: it's you). Let me put it simply: THOUSANDS of police cases prove your assertion wrong, the phenomenon we see here is only recent (this is VERY different than calling in a bomb-threat to a specific facility mind you), and it's backed up by "patriot acts" which are THOROUGHLY un-Constitutional.

Furthermore, I was *attempting* (keyword here) to explain to you, that in context, there WASN'T even a THREAT made. Yet, you just can't seem to grasp that either. Just defend yourself to the end like every other idiot. Great. Wonderful.

@PicklePuffer @somebody337 You must have quite the filter on your internet (or in your head rather) if you actually believe that bs (that this isn't quite in line with A TON of other crap you see other people doing all over the internet on the same exact subjects you listed as examples aka you proved yourself wrong). And immediate threat is another thing (like yelling "This is it!!" *IN* a crowded theatre right after a shooting in a similar venue).

In this case, there was no immediate danger, and any idiot can see that what he was ACTUALLY saying was that such acts were those belonging to the mentally disturbed, which he happens to NOT be one of... despite his friend's "accusation". That is the "joke". Aka the bullshitting. There. Is. No. Threat. Get a grip. There is a severe lack of comprehension skills going round here for anyone to take what he said as a "threat".

@rasputin177 Actually, the judge *could* have just been trying to teach the kid a lesson. It really shouldn't have gotten so far but (if I did my research right) New Braunfels -> Hays County -> DA Sherri Tibbe = a real career-minded publicly elected official who probably has aspirations for furthering her political career and has a history of corruption (her Assistant DA quit due to the falsifying and destruction of evidence within the DA's office). If I got the right DA I'm worried that the kid is screwed cause they're willing to "produce" something for the case.

@deathstream @Stiler @deathstream @Stiler @deathstream @Stiler OR the DA knew they couldn't get away with NOT pushing the case or their career goals would be in jeopardy (being an elected official and all, and even if her term were drawing to a close she might want to shoot for state district judge).

And perhaps at arraignment the judge set the bail according to what seemed to be a fairly outrageous amount they figured the family could never afford, that way the boy would spend some time locked up to think about the extreme offensiveness and seriousness of his joke, NOT because the judge ever deemed the words to had any real intent of follow-through behind them. ..never once thinking that anyone would come along out of nowhere with the money. And now that they have the money? They're just looking at it like an unexpected win.

Or maybe the judge took personal offense and wanted to punish him for it. The point is it wasn't necessarily for the right reasons (evidence of intent).

Get a grip man. You have no idea how elected officials operate, what their motives are, PLUS you act like you've been extremely sheltered and have never had any interaction with these "authorities" and understand their extreme desire to teach people "lessons" and "respect" ...so many of them "teaching" their wives. (yeah, actually know real stories FROM TEXAS mind you).

Those ppl arrive in these positions for a reason after all... They enjoy the "perks". They're usually incredible jerks through-and-through. And the good ole boy network is alive and well there. Trust me, they have each others' backs. From 50-yr-old cops threatening a bleeding, crying teenager with their revolver (wish you had been there!) to refusing to investigate a dad molesting his daughter due to being friends with him. It's EXTREMELY politically and psychologically driven, not justice-based.

And btw, they found NOTHING in a search, yet they're giving him a "deal" - if he pleads guilty he only gets 8 yrs in prison. How does THAT sound right to you?? They're just trying to make careers and they don't care that they'd be putting away an innocent (albeit stupid, but hey... everyone is at one point) person and ruining the rest of their life! You think it only works one way?!? "Oh! They must have the correct motive!~!" Wow! you're ignorant and naive. I'm sure that messed up case where the Assistant DA Lynn Peach quit the DA's office over corruption was all just a misunderstanding... And I'm sure they needed all those snipers against all those peaceful Hindus too, with their "fair"-trial in the heart of backwoods Texas.

Suurre... Keep on dreaming!
