@xisiuizado: The gameplay was tight from what I've played of the beta and guess what? This game also has couch co-op.
Problem with Battlefront is that most of the hatred stems from not rationalising that this game is being developed by someone else and is not a direct follow on from BF2. It was never advertised as BF3 so you can assume that certain content could be cut.
People place too much faith in something without evidence which makes the fall all the more harder. I played the original two before Beta release and I must say, they are boring now. Granted, some of the stuff cut like the server browser just seems idiotic to me but the game itself was fun. Tight controls, beautiful graphics and amazing sound.
@mikemurphy80: You are totally right good sir. Born 87 and loved 4-6. I even liked the Phantom Menace when it first came out but hey I was 12 and I previously liked that pile of shite Batman film with George Clooney. After watching them all again in my late twenties, 4-6 still hold up. Its darker and the pacing more fluid. Only problems are the added extras that George put in like Darth Nodar in Return of the Jedi. 1-3 are pure rubbish.
Haha. I thought that would provoke a skin crawl response. I made it because of how ludicrous societies have become in regards to something being sexy and the need to complain. And yes, physically sexy and beauty can be the same. Look at the flak that came from the billboard asking if you're beach body ready because a female in a bikini is on it.
