His a new character well new to everyone who hasn't seen "plan to eradicate the sayians", as on the game disc it has a movie special dragon Ball Z plan to Eradicate the Sayians, I think the movie is situated around the Cell timeline as future trunks is there, but yeah that's the character.Â
