1.If it ain't broke don't fix it
I think it's clear that our passing game is the key to our offense, Favre is playing his best football in about 10 years and we need to exploit their depleted secondary. Their corners are likely going to be expecting the slant pass so I think we can exploit them deep with some double moves. If our offensive line can give Favre time to throw he should have no problem finding open recievers.
2.Get to Griese
We need to get in his face and force him to rush his throws. He doesn't have a big arm so our safeties can cheat up a little bit and our linebackers should be able to do alot of blitzing. I would like to see MM come out aggressive and just blitz the crap out of them. Our defensive line should be able to tire out their offensive line by the end of the game just like we did last week, especially considering that the Bears offensive line is a very old group and will not be able to keep up with our depth.
3.Do Not, I repeat DO NOT let Devin Hester beat you
This guy is just too good, if you kick to him you will pay. I honestly would not be opposed to just kicking the ball out of bounds and letting them start on the 40 because I think we can contain their offense. Our coverage team needs to stay in their gaps and not try to do too much, we have done a pretty good job containing opposing kick returners(Jon Ryan's Net Avg is 40.4) but we haven't faced anyone like Hester yet.
This is a very winnable game and we can send a message to the rest of the NFL on national TV that there is a new king in the North, like I predicted in the preseason. If we win the turnover battle I honestly think this game could be a blow out. Let's continue to gain that Lambeau mystique back, getting a 4 game lead over the Bears would be HUGE.
