i say wait..im waiting for it.

If the 360 version is superior in any way shape or form, im pulling my reserve. Im not supporting a company that cant make a game on two systems that run the same and look the same. made that mistake with RSV1, even though it wasnt bad but it looked like crap compared to 360. (not starting system wars, i do not own a 360).

I pray that its a equal this time around!

Freedom Fighters.

Streets of Rage

Rouge Trooper

God Hand

Beyond Good and Evil

All these hiddens gems are awesome, and most likely will never see the light of day but if i had to pick one i would say Freedom Fighters, what an amazing game

sorry but i am really not starting anything about systems..so i dont see why this needed to be in system wars....

just stating that it would be great that since the ps3 can utilize keyboards and mice that they should consider that in creating the game.

Maybe as an alternate control scheme along with the controller. Some people stopped caring about PCs since the ps3 came out and would hate to upgrade cause an RTS just came out. Now dont get me wrong im not knocking the control of C&C3 for the 360 because personally i have not tried it, but it would be nice to have an option to use what you want.

Correct? or should i move this to system wars?

[QUOTE="bruce_wayne_gr"]i cannot understand why sony made the machine to be so hard to programme for games ....i do not know if programmers are lazy or if sony made a big mistake ....marshall_121

i get that too sometimes.....i believe ps3 is before its time but i used to pray it wouldnt end up like that dreamcast. But every now and then more and more devs seem to get used to it and start complimenting the hardware which brings hope. And i dont think its going away anytime soon with bluray crushing hddvds right now, people keep buying the ps3 even if its not for the games

I think it's about longevity, personally. There's probably a big advantage in having developers gradually unlock the capabilties of the hardware, rather than fully understanding it's techical prowess from the very beginning. Think about your favorite FPS or strategy game and how important a games replay value is to you. Would you really want to experience everything on the first pass? I don't necessarily mean that Sony deliberately made the PS3 hard to code for - it could be that the hardware just demands it - but in either case I don't think it's such a bad thing. Developers will still be figuring stuff out on the PS3 five years from now, wheras the 360 will probably be well mapped long before this.

yea and i bet five years from now the 360 would be loong gone and microsoft will have another system out the door along with a wi2 or wi3. i see what you are saying but u dont want developers to still have trouble coding cause they will most likely give up and stop. You want them to get comfortable with the coding so they can push the hardware futher, like past systems u can see from a launch title to one of the last games that came up how big of a jump that said system has made.

[QUOTE="BoDy_BaG"]a system is only as powerful as the skill of the developers creating the software. remember that bruce_wayne_gr

yes but again isn't it the same developers that make pc games and those who make console games?

not Necessarily. especially when it comes to the ps3, the programming is much different from the pc and xbox that devs are not used to it and cant make games that well, even though they are getting much better. Plus i dont think the same people that work on the pc work on the console, most of the time they have seperate teams or studios working on a single title, one for each platform. Except maybe ports or rare occasions.
