http://www.gamersection.ca/product_info.php?cPath=30_32&products_id=753 This is what I'm going to get if my shell ever breaks.TankZorz

That's the same brand of shell that I got, but the clear blue one. It was only $20 at totalconsole.com though.

It just felt cheap though, the holes where the power LED's go though and the microphone hole were still covered somewhat, so I had to cut it up a little bit to make it work right. Another problem is that it only comes with the shell and the buttons(including d-pad, shoulder buttons, and all face buttons), which means if you lose anything from your DS, you're screwed.

I didn't really like it after I got it together, just seemed like one of those cheap aftermarket accessories. I ended up taking it back apart and using mostly the original shell, except for the broken piece.

As for the comment on how do you break the shell, the hinge is broken on it, and it's not an uncommon issue. Just search the board for Hinge problems and you'll see that it's pretty widespread with DS Lites.

No, I have not used that site. If you have money to throw away, why not buy a brand new DS?canary7

Well, no, I don't have money to throw away. I wanted to buy the shell for $20 and fix it myself instead of sending it to Nintendo to fix it for $70. The fact that I can get it in a neat color is just a major bonus.

www.totalconsole.com

The hinge on my DS Lite broke and it is just out of warranty(September), so this place seems to have the cheapest replacement shell(And awesome looking ones at that) Has anyone here used this site before? Is it trustworthy? Any suggestions of where else I could get a replacement shell cheap? I'm not about to pay $70 to have Nintendo fix it...

The only thing I liked about FF X-2 was the battle system, I liked that you could change your class in the middle of battle. Story was pretty lame though, totally not worth beating it with 100%(but I did it anyways) :)

Meh...Low resolution for the size, only 1650x1050. I would want at least 1900x1200. Also only has a VGA input, no DVI or HDMI. In my opinion it's a good monitor for the price, but I would spend some more and get a better monitor.

Nobody else finds it wierd that he's comparing a 24" monitor with a 47" tv? Or the fact that the TV is three times the price of the monitor? Just seems like an odd comparison to me. If it's for 360 games, then there wouldn't be any question in my mind, I would get the TV. I wouldn't get that particular TV, but a TV for sure. Personally, I would rather be sitting on my couch playing on a 47" from 6 ft away than sitting in a chair playing on a 24" from 2 ft away.

Well, if you're using Component cables, then the most likely culprit is that the red cable came out. Maybe you switched the audio red and the video red? That would prolly make a pretty nasty sound out of your speakers though....anywho, all I can tell you is recheck your cables and if they're right, you're cable may be bad. Ask to borrow a buddies or go buy a new one and return it if it has the same problem.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PANASONIC-TH-37PX8B-plasma-37inch-brand-new_W0QQitemZ230297378745QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item230297378745&_trkparms=72%3A1300%7C39%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

Looking for a new TV insted of my Crappy 20inch Sony LCD bravia(which i hate) Any i came across this Panasonic one wondering what its like for my 360 gaming. Since im not Happy with my Bravia.

thingta42

As long as you realize that it is 720P, and not 1080P, then I would say go for it. if it's just for gaming, then 720P is fine, basically all games are 720P anyways. I have the Panasonic 50PZ80U and it works great for gaming, I have had a little image retention during the break-in period, but I could barely see it on a completely black screen and it went away after a couple minutes. Plasma's don't have as big of a problem with burn-in as they used to.
