Well sure, but it's one thing to test your weapons, and it's another thing to deny the U.N. sanctions. Secondly, it's also another thing to threaten to wipe the United States (and or other "oppressors") off the face of the Earth. I know they are just launching missiles to spite the U.S.A., after all, they are just SCUDS. But come on, that's still pretty low. the united states defied the UN many times..
