Erm he has that right in the US. Not really in the UK. The UK doesn't need to follow the US constitution.

Freedom of speech is granted under the UKs constitution.
Well thats completly incorrect. How do I know that? Because the Uk doesn't have a constitution.......
I also don't see the problem with this either the mans a Bigot. The hypocrisy of the Americans on here is overwhelming aswell, you do realise theres a massive 'no fly list' the US has with alot of people they won't let in because of similar issues?
Actually Britain does have a constitution, its called the "Constitution of the United Kingdom" Differencebetween the American Constitution and UK's,is that there is no core constitutional document. It's made up of the laws and principles under which the United Kingdom is governed. I agree with your second comment mind, its ok for the states to ban anyone they deem a threat, but no one better mess with the American right to do and saywhat the F*&K theylike in other peoplescountries. Yes, the UK has freedom of speach but, wealsohave laws against inciting racial or religious hatred (Racial and Religious HatredAct 2006) it works both ways, Islamic extremists are not allowed to preach hatred against the westand American Christian nut jobs aren't welcome either.
