Now I'm asking honestly here not being a smart a$$ or anything but tell me what the Xbox One has over the PS4. To me it looked like the same stuff on both consoles for the most part only more games on PS4 and generally they run better and at a higher resolution...at least in some cases. Like I said I like the xbox controller more but when you add it all up I just didn't see a reason to go xbox over ps4.

Honestly I don't think I made the wrong call. The only thing I have an issue with is that I like the X1 controller a little better. But that said I'm sure I will get used to it eventually.

When I go to the site BB site I can't find that promotion....but I see it when I use your link...strange.

Also when I add the console to my cart the game is not added...don't think it works in my area.

Well considering that most games are not exclusives but are multiplatform....might as well go for the better hardware. Though it sounds like it might change soon.

People keep saying if you like shooters or FPS then you should go with X1 but I don't really understand that.

The only thing I have seen on X1 that's not on PS4 as far as shooters go would be the new Halo and Gears coming out. Everything else is multiplatform other than Killzone which is on PS so how is it that X1 is more for shooters?

I ended up getting the PS4 / Last of US combo for $399 at Best Buy.

I never played the last of us so I'm very much looking forward to that. I also got Destiny $39 and Hardline $27 on playstation store with my discount.

I'm taking that as sarcasm but like I said in the last post:

I don't think so. Here I can see different opinions and while they are biased in most cases I can get a general idea of the strengths and weaknesses of both platforms."
