I've re-installed BF2 today after a few years and at first worked perfectly fine with patch 1.41, however when getting to the server scren the list was in red and i was told my game was an earlier version than the servers "/

After going to google and finding a beta of 1.50 i decided to install that to BF and now when i double click the shortcut on desktop or autorun off the disk my screen goes black and changes the resolution and goes back to desktop.

I know my laptop can run it since it worked before the patch, and I'm not really up for re-installing and downloading the patches again.

Any other solutions?

When I first boguht the computer as I earlier stated I had ATI X300 128mb with 1GB ram. I then bought the 7300 a 512mb version and now lag out on games with a better graphics card, even though the games run fine with the other card and I haven't changed any setttings explain please?

Until I get a job I'm probably looking at £30 from ebay.

Also any sites I can get 2GB DDR2 ram for less than £25 would be great.

As you can guess from the title I'm not up for spending much on my graphics card, I already upgraded from the X300 to the 7300 and now have been told I should look at getting the x1650.

Which graphics card is actually better, or could you name a better one for around the same price that doesn't run off the RAM as I'm only going to have a GB for the time being.

I will be using the cards to game with and aiming at playing things like BF2 and 2142 on at least medium settings.

My router is in the conservatory on the ground floor with my modem next to it, my computer is next to them both and wired so obviously runs fine.

However, when I take my Xbox 360 up to my room which is at the front of the house the signal doesn't reach and so I disconnect, is there anyway I can make the connection stronger and reach further?

My other problem is I keep being disconnected from Xbox Live for no reason. I'm using a netgear router and when i run the tests everything is fine :S

Well its not but I got your attention and in need of some help,

For the last few days I have had to update every single game I go on every sginle time i play it, is there a reason for this?

Also I'm using a netgear router and since these updates keep being disconnected from Xbox Live, I've moved my xbox up into my room now which is pretty much directly above the router and worked fine at first, also everytime I run a Connection test it says everything is fine, and I have to reset my modem for it too work. Any help would be brilliant.

I want to mod my black elite pad, basically they grey part at the bottom where you put in your headset I want either purple or lime green and the the Assasin Creed sign in white on the battery part of the pad.

Could someone go through the steps quickly and tell me which paints would be the best to use for a proffesional look?
