F.E.A.R. 2: The first F.E.A.R. is still my favorite shooter of all time,the second one just ruined everything.I don't want to go into detail because I'll be ranting for hours.

Far Cry 2.: Had SO MUCH potential,but fell completely short.If it had been done right,it could have been one of the best FPS games ever made IMO.

Halo 3 (campaign): Multiplayer for Halo 3 was fine,but the campaign was complete and utter ****.Boring and uninteresting,seemed just like anafterthought.Horrible way to close the story arch.Now I do think Reach is an overall worse game then Halo 3,but I had no expectations for Reach,so I have nothing to be disappointed about.

Mass Effect 2 (RPG elements): The story telling was still good,and yes,the gameplay was more fluid,but all of the RPG elements were streamlined to death.It felt so linear and shallow.Such a downgrade from Mass Effect 1.I don't completley hate Mass Effect 2,it still can be fun,it's just that the RPG part of it is what was completely disappointing and non-existent.

Seeing this makes me appreciate Battlefield even more.

Skyrim is supposedly the same size as Oblivion,but with more eclectic enviroments like Morrowind,so it should seem pretty vast.

As for the co-op suggestions...no thanks.This is Elder Scrolls,not Diablo or Fable.It's all about single player.
