Did you honestly just use Home as a justification for the PS3's price point? Casuals will see the price. The PS3's only saving grace is Bluray, and not many people give a hoot about it honestly. Not many casuals. I still have an SDTV, so does about 80% of the population...so we don't really need a Bluray player...and I don't really feel like putting up the money to buy one because I don't notice enough of a difference in image quality to care. My PC games blow your "HD" content out of the water, and that's expensive enough as it is.

Home is like Second Life with less functionality...and Second Life *blows*. It is still a gimmick.

Remember Sony talking about how the PS3 can generate excellent real-time graphics using only the power of the Cell, with no GPU at all? They showed up demonstrations of this at E3.NickLikesWii
Wow, way to eat up nonfactual crap. Fact is, if you use your not quite so powerful processor to generate graphics, then you will sacrifice it's ability to process AI, physics, and other essential processes. That is the flaw behind procedural graphics.

Yes it'd be cool to have Nintendo reviewers that are interested in Nintendo. Also would be nice to have a review of the game, not the system.

When I was modding I knew a guy that is currently working on an RPG as a modeller. As far as he knows - currently the Starcraft license is dead and there are no intentions to continue it. That might change in the future, but as far as he knows there are no plans currently for a Starcraft 2. I have no reason to believe the guy but it makes sense to me...the guys that originally made the game have been fired, or quit, and the guys hired in their place are even mostly gone by now. The current iteration of Blizzard employees are fixated on RPGs, not strategy titles.

Like I said, believe what you will..but I trust Gaming Steve. I've been watching his broadcasts for a long time now, and he is genuine. He was the original source of information for Spore in fact.

Uh yeah it's in the making. The characters can apparently be either good or evil, and their items will shift from good to evil with them, with appropriate stats. Apparently clans and clantowns will be important in PvP. All of that information is incredibly old. Blizzard is trying to perfect all of it before they make an official announcement. I trust Gaming Steve, a lot, and a hell of a lot more than your average Gamespot poster...and here was his post on the subject: http://www.gamingsteve.com/archives/2006/02/rumor_diablo_ii.php ... Even if you don't believe his contacts, he is right, there was a lot of recruitment on the part of Blizzard for a "3D RPG", prior to this...and lots of leaks similar to the information he provides from multiple sources up to a year before he made that post.
