Just recently bought this game (fairly certain it wasn't used, as the online pass code still worked) and I am having so many troubles playing the first chapter. At first it started out when you go to crawl through the air duct. The door would just say "stand by" and would never load. Upon reload that worked, but then it legitimately froze my machine once inside the duct. Another time, I finally made it through and got my kinesis module, and was doing well.Then I came to another door, and had the same thing happen originally. A different time, I've had the kinesis module cutscene glitch out and it will get frozen there.

I have delete my game data utility for it once and reinstalled, and get the same problems. Does anyone have any suggestions or should I get a new copy of the game?
