@Black_Knight_00:

Nope, sorry, that wasn't it :( The graphics were a lot darker, and it's more of a top-down view, not really as 3D-ish as that game :P

Edit: The gameworld is like you're on a spacestation of some sort, probably should have mentioned that o: But it's funny that I can't find anything about the Rayman-ish game I also mentioned, you'd think you could find it on their list, but I never saw it :/

There are two games that I currently need help with finding :)

Game 1:

From what I remember, this is a 3D game which was released somewhere in the late 90s I think, the most distinctive feature would be that it looked like a Rayman clone, where the character had no limbs, only torso, head, hands and feet. I think the character you played as was colored blue, and it was a 3rd person camera which was behind the character. Another thing I remembered, is that you ate popcorn as a massive powerup, this game was for the PC, and it was such a long time ago that I can't remember too well :/

Game 2:

This is a game which I played over at a friends a while ago, I suppose this was also released in the late 90s, for Playstation, there was a singleplayer and a multiplayer feature, and I only remember the multiplayer version, basicly, you are two teams, which produces robots to fight each other, and there were kind of powerup-bases scattered on the field which would help you with resources to build these robots, the game was in 3D with a sort of a isometric camera angle, the singleplayer version was more like a 3rd person shooter and the 1st was just like the singleplayer version only with a strategic feature added.

I hope that I gave you enough information to find me what I seek (I care more about the first game than the second one though)

It's not that I'm lazy... It's more like rather than looking up random titles that Gamespot likes, It'd be nicer to try games that the community likes :) It's partly because I'm lazy, but mostly because I think it's a better way.

Hello. As the title says, I want to become a committed gamer, and one way to do that is to know the history of gaming. So what I'd like from this thread, is for you to name every game you think is a must-play, and rank them from 1-5 1 being "This game is nothing special, but still something you should check out" 5 being "This game is awesome, you should play this asap" Now, I won't be naming every game I've already played, you could just name the ones you reccomend and I'll try those that I haven't played already. Just think of me like someone who's never touched a PC Game. Should say that the games I prefer are RPs (Like Baldur's Gate, NOT Diablo) and RTS (Like Red Alert) So those are prio 1, but I'm open to any genre The games you name should be between 1990-2010
