Offensive? Who would take offense to it? If you aren't one, you have nothing to worry about. If you are, you have much bigger problems then a trophy title.
Putting out games that aren't flaming piles of refuse also works to spark interest. I'm not saying in Kojima's case, but if every game didn't have a game breaking glitch on release, and companies didn't pump out sequels and rushed games for the money, we could try.
Unless done in extreme distaste(just constant bashing for no artistic reasoning what so ever) if it fits the story i don't see the problem with it. If the story is a story about an obnoxious atheist, you're not exactly going to be respecting of any deity. However he learned from this experience, so i guess it's all copacetic.
I hope they improve the combat. It was so tragically horrible that i couldn't keep the game. I like their business ethics, but can I get an improvement to something i spend probably 70 or 80% of the actual game doing?
@thequickshooter 80% of 106 people wouldn't. Not large enough sample size to equate it to gamers overall. Those people who voted probably felt strongly about either yes or no, which caused them to vote. Not everybody feels as strong, and putting it on a gaming site is asking for the results to be skewed.
Could be the rumor of them blocking used games aswell. People who buy and shortsell stocks tend to be extremely paranoid, and it makes sense since I'm willing to bet more than alot of people won't buy if it blocks them.
@Biggilly216 EA had a choice to drop either NCAA or NFL licensed games. They obviously dropped NCAA as it was less profitable. Even if they do drop it, that does not mean that 2k would scoop it up necessarily either
