I think its about time they opened up this game to the modding community ,because those really low textures are not aging well.

its being hyped everywhere ,and almost everyone knows about it.

And dont even get me started on Star Citizen /hawken and/ elite/ EVE & all the other great stuff with support for it

Game modders and indie developers will make the oculus rift the envy of every competing platform.

First thing i plan to do is get developing game content for it. and Rig in my PS MOVE sharpshooter gun and navi controller. which i already have working for ARMA 3 :)

The real Truth is that companies need to keep trying to convince consumers to spend cash.

3d tv failed as a marketing gimmick and 4k is there next attempt to get you and I to spend regardless of whether its needed or not.

I've worked in technology and Audiovisual for a while and can say 4k is only relevant on a screen 100 inch plus

Maybe the oculus rift has this screen makers a bit scared.

Oculous rift and Games like these totally convinced me to trade in my 11 game PS3 collection and put my PS3 on ebay.

Im keeping my PS3 sharpshooter for when i have the Oculous as i intend to make it work with it in arma 3 and other fps games.

@julzeverne @Cloud_imperium @Auriken It Just corporate mentality, They try to convince you because that agenda fits their interests so they feed you with propaganda hoping you will buy in to there ethic and bring about what they want. Because they can profit more from closed systems. PC represents Freedom and they dont like open systems where the consumer can make choices outside there visions.

BUT PC is now on the verge of returning to the throne due to innovations like the oculus Rift.
