Unfortunately he can't make Snake younger his aging has no cure it is his natural lifespan, the next one either be with a new character or another prequel about Bog Boss.
Or a prequel between MGS2 and MGS4 maybe? Alot happened during those 2 events. A sequel to MGS4 is also possible since tha's what Kojima hinted at many many times before and after the launch of MGS4. One thing for sure though, you never know what this guy has in mind. He could surprise us with anything. Raiden anyone? Now as far as Kojima being involved in the MGS5, anybody aware of "Metal Gear 2: Snake's Revenge"? This game came out after Kojima released his first ever Metal Gear game back in 1987. However, "Snake's Revenge" wasn't developed by Kojima and ended up being a nightmare for him and hated ever since because it was kinda of a flop. He was then asked to do the real sequel to Metal Gear which ended up being Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. You have no idea how personal Kojima would go with you if you talked to him about "Snake's Revenge", he seriously hates that game. Kojima damn sure learned something back then which was "not to let others ruin my games". Kojima wouldn't want another "Snake's Revenge" on the PS3 for sure. Like he mentioned in the interview, if he noticed that his team aren't going through the right path, he will have no other choice but to go back and help them get the job done. Semper Fi. Who dares wins. It is true that the 5 years gap between MGS2 and MGS4 could lead to a prequel in that time but if it involves Raiden looking for Sunny and how he got captured and rescued by Big Mama then no thank you I read that in the Database and it wouldn't make a good story.
On the other hand the timeline from when Big Boss got cloned till his return and forming FOXHOUND and confrontation with Snake could make a better story, the years are longer from the 70's to 90's you can see he could have done many thing during that time.
reading about it and experiencing it live in gameplay and cinematical forms are 2 different things. But anyway, Big Boss prequel isn't a bad idea too. But so far, Kojima hinted at 3 different occasions for a "sequel" instead of a prequel. That in my opinion is even more exciting.
