Reading the back and forth here is really a treat - a true battle of the minds. Anyway, Condor, in the fourth post you said: "Getting spawn killed happens in just about every multiplayer game." That is a claim which you have not substantiated. I, too, do not recall many (perhaps any) games with the level of spawning problems as MP3. However, you don't think that's right, and willing to hear you out. So which games do you think have similar problems, makng MP3's problems not a big deal? You need to provide examples of at least a few others for people to take your claim seriously. This really isn't that hard and we're on a freaking gaming forum - you don't need to even write in complete sentences.

I've been reading up on the possible ways to game 3d on the PC. It seems the cheapest solution is to go with iZ3d drivers and a basic pair of 3d glasses. That sounds great, except I don't have a basic pair of 3d glasses. From what I understand "basic" can mean anything as low end as the Avatar glasses from the 3d version of the movie. Unfortunately, I lost those. Is there a store that sells these basic glasses for a cheap price?

Right here.
However, the 2x multi-sampling (MSAA) effect is not quite so obvious as it is on other games. It seems to be the case that the AA is selectively deployed. The best theory to explain this is that additional processing is undertaken after the AA is applied, and the effects of that are not edge-smoothed
the link you posted doesn't prove anything, btw, watching the comparison video the ps3 version looked less jaggie than 360 version.
You're subjective judgment means nothing. How old are you? Halo CE came out in 2001. That would put at around 8 years old?4. Halo - In my opinion, I'm really frickin' good at Halo, but I wish I was great. Like MLG great. I've been playing Halo all my life, but I think I've hit my plateau, which sucks. I've dreamed of being the best, and failed.

Wasn't Gears' free to anyone who bought the game new? I say that would be good motivation to buy new, thus giving Epic much more money than the used copies sold at Gamestop, ebay, etc. There's your answer for that one.Multiple games are guilty. It really makes me angry when a game comes out, and a map pack comes out on the SAME damn day. Or the day after. Modern Warfare 2 is going to do it. Gears of War 2 did it. I'm sure other games have done it..Why do they always do that?

[QUOTE="Squall18"]I haven't played a single JRPG this gen I've liked...... I've got to agree with this statement. Maybe it's because I'm older, but the dialogue absolutely blows on most jRPGs this gen (I'm sure it's been all gens). It's childish and meandering. Plots usually suck too. Character types are so predictable, and I want a more involved battle system. The most fun I've had this gen is replaying Chrono Trigger on the DS. Oh well.anyone??? I can't wait. Even though MS and Sony rocked the house at E3, I sitll can't feel that my jrpg hunger has not been satisfied.....

From what i saw after about 2 months that game was down to 20$ or so new at most stores across the US. Now there are routine sales of the game for 10$. I doubt those .76 million sold brought anywhere near full market price back to Free Radical. This a return to an old sad issue. I checked on vgchartz and it said haze sold .76 million. I'm sure that means they should have shipped nearly a million or .9 million. Was there game THAT expensive that they had to shut down after selling .9 million copies? That makes me concerned for killzone 2. Did GG just barely make a profit?
