To answer the question in the topic. . . No. I don't want a Wii U, and probably won't buy one for many years to come. I will wait and see what type of games come out. I bought a wii, and have a total of 2 games for it. I played it for Zelda, and it sat until just now, when I got Xenoblade.
And I'm no expert on the matter, but I'm sure the PS4 and Xbox 720(or whatever in the hell they call it will have more powerful graphics chips and more RAM, and more power overall. A lot of games are upscaled to 720p anyway, so the next gen PS and Xbox will probably have higher native resolutions. There will probably be a leap in the graphics department, but I doubt it will be like the PS2 to PS3 was. But, like I said, I don't really know all that much, so everything I said could be rubbish(and that isn't sarcastic). :D
It should be nice to play Nintendo 1st party games in HD though, so thats a plus. But I can see why some people are kind of upset about the Wii U.
