It's not really hate, it's just that Capcom didn't balance the horror and action well. Chris is like this "SUPER KILLING MACHINE....you never really feel tension while playing as him. While Nathan is an normal guy thrust into a world of horror and overwhelming circumstances who's only hope is to find his girl.As I said before though RE5 is "STILL" solid!!!:)
Nathan? Wrong game. Issac Clarke is the character from Dead Space :P. I vote Dead Space all the way. Awesome game. Easliy one of the best horror games I've ever played.
Just wondering, how is a FPS meant to be played then? I was under the impression that it was to have more kills than the other players/team. If one group is good enough to secure 95% of the map and pushes the other team into a building and camps them, it's the camped team's own fault for allowing that to happen. They just weren't good enough to win. The camping team isn't sitting around doing nothing, they are killing you and winning the game. The only way to combat spawn camping is to get better.

yes, I mean everybody knows that these games should only be played and enjoyedby the select few who consider themselves 'great players'.
In the original silent hill there were guns, a pistol and a rifle but ammo was always sparse. and you could unlock a ray gun. but combat has always been horrible in silent hill games. i'm all for a more clock tower like feel.
Problem here is, you are talking about something from an american or western, point of veiw that other countries may not find an issue with. Japanese popular culture uses many stereotypes that we would find offensive, even in childrens anime. These include racial and sexual as well as cultural stereotypes. Also, white skin and blonde hair are traits that are consideded highly attracitve in their culture.
