Nintendo are still in the year 2000. They don't realise how important eSports and YouTube has become to gaming.

@Voice_of_Wisdom Hardly. Abusive Day 1 DLC and Microtransactions are far worse. There aren't that many QTE-only video games.

This is great news. Not being able to play games offline was a killer for me. While I'm still going to be getting a PS4 on day of release, I will most probably also buy an Xbox One for the exclusives later on.

I loved Mass Effect 3, apart from the ending of course. But there are many games with bad endings. For me, it doesn't ruin the other 98% of the experience.

I'm very glad they're going to go in a new direction for the franchise. Let's hope it's a completely different time period to give us that sense of awe, wonder and exploration.
