That's pretty shocking. I remember growing up and listening to a bunch of his stuff. He was a talented musician.

No, I have no interest. I never liked the idea of a live action DBZ movie.

If still doesnt work, check if the sensor bar works and is placed correctly. A easy way to check if your Wiimote works when the sensor bar is broken is placing two candles on top of the TV. If pointer works then the sensor bar s broken, if not then your Wiimote is probably broken. Call Nintendo or buy a new one.SER69

Broken huh? Well that's certainly frustrating since the remote sits in a drawer when not in use. Plus upon inspecting it with the rubber jacket off there arent any dings, dents, or scratches on the thing.

By chance could you describe what to do for this candle method? And if the sensor bar is broken is it possible to pick up a spare one at a games store?

Hm, that didnt correct it.

I completely unplugged everything in the back of the Wii, then I took the batteries out of the remote. Which is what you meant, right? Then I hooked everything back up, did the sync connection and still have no cursor. I tried it a few times, but still nothing. Didnt matter how close or far I was from the tv, no cursor.

So I'm having a bit of a problem with my remote. When I turn on the console it goes to that black screen with the white text, you know the 'press the A button' screen. Now I thought that at that screen a light was supposed to come on on the Wii remote? But it doesnt anymore. Instead after I press a button, then the lights come on. Anyway the Home menu then opens and I have no hand cursor. I can wave the remote around in front of the TV all day, but no cursor. Yes I've checked to make sure the sensor bar is still plugged in. But the funny thing I find is that the plus and minus keys both work to shift the screen left and right, plus I can press the home button to open up that menu, but I just have no cursor. I'm not sure if I should mess around with the sync buttons or not. And I have tried changing the batteries, but I'm just stumped as to what I should do. Any suggestions?
