Game hasn't changed much from the last PES.

Yeah it hadn't changed , much. There are couple of new things like community and world tour but those mods get bored quickly. Gameplay is still very , very good and the graphics are ok , but there is A LOT of place for improvements .

Stuff i like to see in PES 2009:

-More game mods such as world tour.
-More lincesed teams , cause I (just because of that) don't play that much of Premier leauge...Also i would like to see more leagues and teams.
-Better music(the music in this game totally sucks!).
-Skill based penalties (In the game is all about hoping that the keeper wont go on your side).
-No lag online.
They don't need to touch gameplay because there is no more room for improvement , and thats about it. I think if they do all of this which isn't such a hard thing to do ( except licensing ) they would get a 10 from me.
