A simple, fun game

User Rating: 9.5 | Pop WII
As said by capin131, "Pop is a game that probably shouldn't be as fun as it is. " The object of the game is to pop bubbles. It shouldn't be fun. But it is.

Graphics: 6/10
For an underwater theme, it looks pretty good. Colors go well together, and unlike some games, it's not real hard on your eyes. Obviously, as a bubble-popping game, they're not perfect, but they're good nonetheless.

Sound: 7/10
Again, not exactly perfect. Very relaxing, however, and it goes well with the game. An MP3 option would have been nice, but you can't have everything.

Gameplay: 8/10
Simple, straightforward, fun. You point at bubbles and hit A or B to pop them. Hitting a bubble earns time. Missing a bubble or hitting a skull takes time away. Shoot more than one of the same colored bubble, you get a multiplier, increasing your score. There are also power-ups to help you. In multiplayer mode, there are power-ups to harm your opponent, as well.

Difficulty/Learning curve: 10/10
Very simple to learn. It starts off easy, but gradually gets harder.

Replayability: 7/10
You're always going to want to come back and beat your score--as well as the scores of everyone else, on the online leaderboards.

Overall:
This is a great game. It costs a good 700 points, but it's definitely worth the money. The only reason I haven't played much is simply because I only just got it.
