Great Game. Game Freak finally made it right.
Graphics : Based on the all new Isshu Region, the graphics of this game are spectacular and detailed really well. It is so detailed you can see leaves flying around and detailed 3D buildings and much more. Effects that really make you feel like you are in the game itself. You can tell from the latest Pokemon game that this new version is much improved. Graphics 9.5/10
Storyline : The Storyline is not bad. Although I did not finish this game yet, I can tell that it is a typical Pokemon game where you have to stop the bad guys and battle a bunch of grunts and commanders. The "Bad Guys" in this game are a bunch of evildoers known as Team Plasma and they are trying to separate humans from their Pokemon. Its has a new story in a sense that their objective is different but basically you are trying to stop them and they will fight back. Overall, nothing really new, beat the Elite four and become the champion. Storyline 8/10
Game play : Fun fun fun! Same as any other main Pokemon game. (not the rangers, mystery dungeons etc. The Versions) You encounter wild Pokemon, train them, and fight other people/NPCs. But because it is just so fun, You will enjoy it no matter how many times you play this game since there are so many combinations of Pokemon you can choose from. With the new moves added, you can experiment with them and feel like its a fresh and new game. Like a said before, its just like other Pokemon games in terms of battling but its just too fun that you wont get tired of it. Game Play 10/10
Sound / Music : The new music in this game is incredible. You can listen to it all day and you wont get tired of it. Well I know I wont. Most of the music is similar to the original music but a bit more funky and well remixed. You can still recognize the original music and thats what i like about it. All the older versions of the music in the Pokemon Center is pretty similar and it happens to apply to this game too. It still feels like you are playing the good old Pokemon game with just better graphics and sound! Some of the Pokemon sounds have definitely improved but you can still hear the electronic screeches. Maybe that is something Gamefreak can improve on. Sound / Music 9.5/10
Finally the Overall score. Pokemon has always been my favorite game and it continues to be. With this new game, I feel like I will never grow too old for Pokemon. In fact, I think Pokemon is not a kid's game, I think its for everyone whether you are 7 years old or 25 years old. This Pokemon game has entertained for a while. Should actually be a 9 but I believe it deserves a 9.5Overall Score : 9.5/10
