I have always really doubted game reviews. This time, gamespot was right, but not right enough. This is a bad game, well below the 6.2 it got. Multiple times I got stuck cameras for prolonged amounts of times on timed missions resulting in death. This game gets my vote for ugliest game ever on the PS2. I've heard it before, "Looks like a PS one game." This one really does. Nobody in these reviews talks about what TV and what resolution they are playing the games in. I have a Insignia HDTV with component video and I can tell enormous differences in game graphics quality from game to game. This game looks completely terrible and plays only a little bit better. Only a rental for Depp/Sparrow fans, until the damn camera gets stuck.
