Has a retro feel to it, while adding neat improvements

Pac-Man Championship Edition DX is a fun and addicting little game. The basic concept is simple, much like any other Pac Man game, you run from ghosts while eating stuff you come across. By eating all of the dots, a fruit will appear on the other side of the level, and by eating the fruit the whole side will change, creating more ghosts and stuff to eat while also creating a different formation of walls.

Certain ghosts will be sleeping around corners, once you go past them they will wake up and give chase. As you gobble up ghosts that chase you, the speed of the game will increase, making it harder to play, but never too hard to keep up.

To spice things up, you will have a few bombs at your disposal, if you happen to find yourself cornered by ghosts, time will slow a bit down giving you an opportunity to use a bomb and send them flying back to their hideout.

There are about 10 different levels and visual styles to customize your play, which can make for some great variety. The soundtrack also does a great job for improving fast paced gameplay.

Apart from completing many time trials and score challenges, there is also a ghost combo mode where you have 10 minutes and infinite lives to perform the highest possible combo of eating ghosts.

All scores are uploaded and compared to other players, giving you a score so you can compete against others, and also view replays of top players.

The game never gets too hard, it always gives you a chance to play a bit more instead if giving you a game over screen, but your skill will determine how many points you can amass.
