Pac-Man Championship Edition DX has brought Pac-Man into modern standards. The levels look amazing and you can change their look to fit your taste. The game play is a lot faster and thrilling. You still do the same chomping on pac dots and power pellets.
But this time round, Pac-Man is armed with a limited number of bombs, so that when you're cornered, you'll be able to escape. As you progress through the game, the game gets faster and the number of ghosts increases. This makes for some interesting fast paced game play.
There are a lot of game modes to play around with, each with different rules, but retaining that same spirit of the original.
Championship Edition DX is one awesome piece of work staying true to the original while making necessary changes to fit today's standards and ends up with a highly addictive, thrilling game.
