1st Impressions: Ninja Gaiden Black is a superb action game that will blow you away with quality and quantity.

Ninja Gaiden was one of the best Xbox games to come out in 2004. Ninja Gaiden Black adds a ton of additional content, as well as a bundle of additional features that make replaying it a thrill for any gamer who played the original. Black isn't a true sequel to Ninja Gaiden, it's more of a Special Edition with many problems fixed and plenty of additional content. You play as Rio Hyubusa, from Dead or Alive, who must journey through a massive world to uncover the secrets of becoming a master ninja.

Gameplay: Exeptional. There is quite a lot of hacking and slashing here, but special moves make it more interesting. You can't hack and slash your way through this one though, you have to master combos to get past bosses and tougher basic enemies. It's a very hard game, but it's pretty darn good.

Graphics: Outstanding. Everything looks amazing visually, which is understandable due to the fact that it was developed by the same people who made DOA...

Sound: Superb. Again, great presentation with sound effects that mesh perfectly into gameplay.

Value: This game will offer you hour, after hour, after hour of gameplay. You will die alot, but you'll have fun doing it.

Final Remarks: For $29.99, you can enjoy the depth, visual wonder and outstanding gameplay that Ninja Gaiden Black has to offer. This is a must play for all Xbox action fans.
