I won't denie it. I was a HUGE fan of the old hitz games from 2002-03. Those games were awesome, and they never got boring thanks to options like create-a-team and franchise. So what is wrong with this game? It just seems like they took all of the fun out of it. The first time you play the game, put it on the hardest difficulty and see if you don't win 10-0. The game is really easy. I mean really easy. You will score on every shot. It is almost like the goalkeepers have no A.I. Sometimes they will attempt to make a save, but usually fail. Everything that was original about the other two is just gone here. You can still make big hits, but you can do that in NHL2005. There goes everything that made Hitz original. The graphics are suprisingly good. The player models look fantastic. The commentary is good as always, and there isn't much else to say about the sound. The value is really low. It just isn't very fun and won't last you a weekend. With no create-a-team, there just doesn't seem to be a reason to play. I was really dissapointed with this game.
