A big bring down for me, but also somewhat a good waste of time for a game.

When I first bought the game on the PSP, I was excited about the game and dying to try it out. But I also had my doubts against it that it was a PSP game so I wasn't expecting too much of the graphics. Considering the game to be portable. Then when I started up the game, I was brought down by the quality of the game. These are the points that I thought that could've been improved.

1. The inferior amount of cars compared to the other games.

2. Little customisation, that was what had disappointed, me the most. I was expecting it since all the NFS games had included more.

3. This isn't on the game it-self, but when I had looked up snapshots from the game, they were from the PC version and not the PSP. Which misguided my judgement on the game.

But there were points that had also impressed me, though not much. As it is a PSP game.

1. The damage graphics and deformation videos were impressive. That brought some light into the game.

2. The weather conditions, you could choose dry or wet weather. That impacted on the handling of the cars. There used to be a game that was on Playstation 1 that was called Colin Mcrae Rally 2.0 that included the setting from about ten years ago. I was happy they had brought it back into this game.

3. They had managed to include some major cars in the game, ie, Nissan GTR, the Lamborghinis and even a CCX and a Veyron.

Overall I was satisfied with the game, it looked kind of mediocre but I think it has a lot more to offer than this. They could've done better with this game. Lets just hope that Shift 2 will correct all these faults that it's predecessor has made (unfortunately).
