New gamemodes, better Gamebreakers, and tons of new features.

NBA Street V3 is the best game in the NBA Street series. This game brings some new more innovatives features to the gameplay and also some new modes and unlockables. In the normal game of NBA Street V3 they changed up the gamebreakers. Now when you get a gamebreaker you can choose what your players do and you can do multiplayer gamebreakers. What happens is One player starts out and goes up for a dunk and you move the right analog stick and hold different amounts of turbo buttons to choose your different trick moves. You try to do as many as possible before you get to the rim, if you do to many you will miss. If you want you can pass the ball up to a teamate jumping through the air and continue the gamebreaker with him. Also they have somewhat changed the main story mode of the game. What your main goal is to do is to earn reputations so you can get onto an NBA Street League team. Once you make it onto an NBA Street League team you play through a season and then if your team is good enough you can continue on to the playoffs. The playoffs are just a big tournament between the best teams in the NBA Street League. After you complete the NBA Street league you are pretty much done. It isn't really that boring though. There is lots of stuff to do along the way. There are pickup type games that you play with various rules, legendary games that you play to unlock legends, and also some slam dunk competitions in there as well. Also while you are winning games you can use your credits to buy things. You can either by clothes to pimp out your ballers style, buy stats to make your baller play better, create your own shoes, or use it to fix up and edit your custom home court. There are many different things that you can customize on your court. You can choose your own court type, line style, line wear, backboard style, net style, backboard holder style, park of country, location, billboards/advertisments, and much more. Also new this year is the Slam Dunk Competition. in this competition you try to get the best score for your dunks. It is set up like the gamebreakers where you have to use the turbo buttons and right analog stick to choose different arial moves. An added thing to the slam dunk contest is the ability to use props.You can use things like ball racks, tropies, porta poties, and some others to jump over to get a higher score. There are tons of things to do in this game and you will almost always want to play it. However it is fairly short through the main story mode so if thats what you want it for maybe rent it first. Otherwise this game is awesome.
