Naruto UN1 had too little characters, UN2 had too much in common with UN1. How will this game stand out?

User Rating: 9.5 | Naruto: Narutimate Hero 3 PS2
This game really stands out among the other Naruto: Ultimate Ninja games. The reason is because there is a real story mode that follows battles from the TV Show. Like the Mist Village and Zabuza, Tanzaku Town and Tsunade's search.

Controls: The controls are pretty good, actually. They are just like the old games. You can also modify the controls to your liking. 9/10

Story: The story is the same as the TV Show, except there is a new version of UN2's Ultimate Road, Ultimate Contest. 10/10

Gameplay: The only real way to play the game is to mash the Square, X, and O buttons. That, and navigate the leaf village which you won't be mashing a lot of buttons in. 8/10

Music: A lot of Music is from the old games, but each stage has it's own music. There is also event music that you can play in sound test, but you have to buy it from the Tanzaku Market first. 8/10

Character Roster: There is a total of 44 characters that you can unlock, including all four hokage and even Hanabi Hyuga, the most minor of minor characters. The character roster is extremely expansive and it is fun to experiment with which character works best for you. But if you choose the Fourth Hokage, or "The Yellow Flash", and you spam his Rasengan, you're never going to get good at this game. 9/10

Difficulty: A little Easy, actually, but once you turn up the difficulty to insane, you're in for a hell of a ride. Do not, under any circumstances, fight Orochimaru on insane mode! I couldn't beat him with my custom Naruto! He's at level 50!

Overall, I think that this is a great game for any Naruto fan's PS2 game collection. 9.5/10
