Enjoyable Naruto game.

I think this game is quite fun.The game plays like a combination of a sandbox/action adventure game, that require you to make use of Naruto's abilities to get to areas that would be inaccessible by normal people or to reach certain places quicker.Such skills involve running across water or running up walls/trees and you'll do this using the Jitsu.

There is combat sections in the game and you can level up Naruto(you'll gain experience points from defeating enemies and they respawn in certain places)and you can learn new skills too.

Some of the boss fights can be tough and punishing, although you can exploit the memo clip system which restores Naturo's health, which are available after you've lost to a boss a few times, and then they make the boss fight much easier. The boss fights require you to use a good amount of timing, defense, special moves and Jitsu.

The Jitsu are abilities which can allow Naruto to run up walls/across water, make clones of himself,or to powerful attacks but they take a few seconds to charge up(and in battle it will be hard to find time to charge them up,unless your opponent is on the ground).

There's segments that require you to reach a certain area within a time limit, and it can be challenging because if you make just a couple of mistakes you won't reach the place you'll need to be before the time limit expires and you'll need to use the jitsu to run up walls/across water and climb and jump and run across ropes.Performing the jitsu abilities has delicate timing and is easy to mess up and when you're trying to reach a destination before the time expires and you waste timing messing up the jitsu,it can be a bit frustrating.

Besides just running up walls/trees and acrossing water, you'll also need to make gigantic leaps from tree to tree(in a 3D view),while avoiding obsticles and guiding Naruto to the safety of a tree branch.

Some of the missions in the game are fetch quests, and sometimes you'll need to venture deep into the forest and run up giant trees and look for a certain item while bandits will be attacking you or some fetch quests just involve looking for particular items in the village.

It can be fun to explore the village, because you can use Naruto's abilities to run across rooftops or explore places that not many people will be able to see and the village feels alive and has many people and is quite colorful.

You can find the other characters from the series around the village and challenge them to a duel.Sensei Kakashi Hatake is very tough to beat, but if you can defeat him, you'll unlock an Xbox 360 achievement.

The game takes you through the first 90 episodes of the series and shows short footage of the anime for story segments.

The game is very colorful, and when jitsus are performed, they will show charming scenes or powerful looking attacks.

The only major negative thing about the game is it's controls sometimes make Naruto do something you don't want him to do(such as clinging off a ledge instead of running across a rope)and the Jitsus can be very delicate to do and when you need to reach a place within a certain time limit,it can be frustrating when these things stop you being able to do that and you'll have to redo that mission again.

The game is a bit short too(under 10 hours).

But overall I found it to be a very fun game.
