Mutant Storm Reloaded is plain old arcade fun with a visually enhanced twist that has to be seen to be believed. What you have here is a gorgeously presented and thoroughly slick 3D arcade shooter that, while similar in style to Geometry Wars, manages to hold its own all the way.

The concept here is to annihilate all the mutants in each room, whilst avoiding the many death traps laid down in each and every one. The game quickly goes from an easy, almost monotonous level of play, to a deadly and heart pounding thrill-ride that’ll get the palms of your hands hot and sweaty.

Mutant Storm Reloaded is a truly great arcade game, and a certain blockbuster amongst the already superb crop. This game might not be quite as good as Geometry Wars, but it is every bit as fun and addictive.
