last 2d mortal komat game, but why is it on the n64!

Mortal Kombat Trilogy is the most used game to play multiplayer on the n64, because your buddies would come over and watch the blood or weird Kos come down from the screen. Mortal Kombat Trilogy might be 2d but it offered lots and lots characters to play from like Johnny cage, wofang and a whole bunch of others, which I don't remember their names right now. the tournaments was most played by me and my friends we would pick out characters, wait for each battle and switch the n64 controller when it was our turn at kicking ass. the single player matches which I have not ever won once without cheating a little is easy at first couple of eliminations but when your down to horse man guy and the one after him, it is insanely hard to beat which gets me stressed out allot.
Overall this game lots of fun playing the multiplayer aspect of it, but single player is just way too hard at the end of it.
