Most Likely the most Undisputed MK Game to date.

User Rating: 9.9 | Mortal Kombat: Deception PS2
Don't get me wrong. This is probably the BEST Mortal Kombat game in recent years after their near death in 1999 with MKM:SZ and MK:SF. I dunno how the hell the did it, but it surprised me of why they were here in the first place. Anyway, let's start with the basics: Characters. they made more dramatic changes with almost everyone. for example, Scorpion (that damn spectre I call him) set out with a ninja-esque samurai look, while Sub-Zero is hitting out the Mr. Freeze/Shredder tact, making the fighters more awesome than ever.

The stages are more detailed and accurate in most cases, and they are LOADED with deathtraps. Because of that, on Deadly Alliance, it had none, not even a ring out, making it suck even more. MKD is precisely the opposite. If it's from throwing them off a building or tossing them in a meat grinder, the details are so insanely ill, even your grandpa ending up playing it for hours.

Awesome props comes to the next three:

Konquest:
The konquest was kind of cheesy, due to the fact it's a Pole Position situation (Point A to Point B). so I'm just gonna nevermind it.

Puzzle Kombat:
Biting off Puzzle Fighter and/or Mean Bean Machine is WRONG, but in MKD's case, it's pretty damn worth it. Chess Kombat:
From that weird Classic Apple Game "Archon", comes the Hi-Definition edition of it on MKD. And believe me, even an amateur might kick your foot inside out if you're playing this.

And the creme de la creme that tops it off: ONLINE GAMEPLAY!!!
Powered by Game Spy, the online gaming gave the chance to fight Kombatants around the world to burn your grace so they can snatch your face off!

This game is argueably the best Mortal Kombat game to date
