A staple in PSP Games, Peace Walker shows off the true potential of the PSP.

User Rating: 9 | Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker PSP

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is an enjoyable experience for anybody who was or even hasn't played the previous games (however playing the previous titles will give better insight, everything is explained enough for new players to understand as well)

The Story:

The story is fluently told, explanations are clear and the pace is perfectly set making the story exciting with no boring filler areas to wear you down while you play.

Voice Acting:

In typical MGS style the voice acting is well done mainly because the cheesy moments within the game are purposefully done adding some much needed humor in the situations within the story.

Gameplay (e.g Controls):

The gameplay is very optional, You get various control settings and all work to their own degree's, I preferred the standard setting which worked for me right up until I finished the game, granted you will have to get used to your auto aim and aiming in general as it can be rather sensitive when using triangle, cross, square and circle which may get frustrating for certain players however its not a game breaker.

As well as this you basically have your own choice on how to approach areas like in the other MGS games, You can go gun-ho if you want to or you can do the sneaky silent routine through the story you will be doing both at certain points so even if you generally are the sneaky type you'll get some variation.

Graphics:

For the PSP Peace Walker is a staple of graphics available on the system and shows the true potential and possibility of games that could be on the PSP.
