If you like stealth games or even action games then this is the game for you. The MGS series have been around for ages, although this was my first MGS game it still got me hooked. MGS2: Sons Of Liberty has a awsome story with a Plant and Tanker mission you wont go wrong. Substance added a few nice little features like VR Missions and skateboarding. So if you are gonna buy MGS2 then i suggest you get Substance because the VR Missions are a good way to fill time. Raiden, Raiden. Heard of him? Does everyone make him sound like a dork? Thought so. Really, he isnt that bad. He is just a guy with long hair and although i prefer Snake, Raiden is just the same. Gameplay is awsome. An overhead type view and with peak-around-the-corner moves is just amazing. Even the controls are nice and easy. Graphics are perfect. They are one of the best around, especially during the cut-scenes. Sound is very cool. Not much to it but it really does have some good sound, not to meantion some of the best voice actors. Value, well with the VR Missions its near perfect value. The actual game is quite long and you will want to play through again and again and again. Overall, this game rocks. But with MGS3 Snake Eater out, this game isnt appreciated as much. But do not fear this is a awsome game one way or the other.
