Great game to have fun with and blow up stuff, IF it works.
Personally I don't feel this game deserves a 5.0. Its not game of the year either. At least give it a 6.0. I've seen worst games get better scores. But reviews are biased to the person reviewing. Players reviews were positive so that's why I decided to get it.
Anyhow, I think it deserves a 7.5 because its just plain fun.
Graphics are fine. It looks good enough on my HDTV.
Action is fun, missions are fun, blowing stuff up is fun. Hijacking vehicles, helicopters and boats is fun. Missions are fun to play. Side-missions are great too.
Its a game I'm likely to play on and off. Trophies are obtainable and fun to get. No 'kill 10002 people online' crap. Hate those.
Overall so far my experience has been good. I paid 15$ used for it at the local game store, so no complaints here. Great bang for my buck.
EDIT :
Ran into an issue with the game, was no longer playable when online, freezing my whole system when trying to access EA servers.
After attempts to fix it and communicating with EA, it seemed clear they did not care and so I returned the game for a nominal amount and I am adjusting my score relative to the poor service I received.
